Computer Response Centre (CRC Networks) is a privately owned Australian business supporting the Small Medium Business (SMB) and Education markets since 1994.
Our focus is to bring Corporate IT expertise to the SMB market by supplying business driven solutions that enhance our clients’ ability to manage and grow their businesses through the use of the appropriate technology. Your IT infrastructure must always be a useful tool – never a burdensome commitment.
Working with Schools and Colleges for over ten years in CEO Sydney, DET and more recently in some of the AIS schools, CRC Networks have been assisting IT Managers and Computer Co-ordinators build and support for their curriculum network systems. Part of this close working relationship with the Department of Education & Training (DET) has been the regular “hands-on Workshops” run for the Regional Technology Advisors, assisting them to develop the knowledge and skill of the Computer Coordinators in their roles as network administrators at the schools.

This enables us to supply the highest quality solutions at very competitive pricing. Unlike many of the other IT Support companies, our expertise extends over both the Microsoft and Novell networking platforms, which means we are not locked into single vendor solutions and able to offer clients the best solution – a solution that meet the needs of their business.
Our Network Engineers are trained in the Microsoft, Novell and Linux Operating environments and their skills are constantly being updated as they undertake training programs in support of the latest technologies and our growing client base. The Sales Consultants have extensive industry experience and work to understand both your Business and your IT needs, now and with future growth in mind.
Our philosophy is to be a business partner with each of our clients - an extension to their business operations. Many cannot afford their own internal IT Support and this is where our company can fill the position. Our Account Management Program ensures each client has a Primary Engineer and a Sales Account Manager. Clients are recognised for long term loyalty and consistent business by being assigned a VIP status – as Gold, Silver or Bronze clients.
